Privacy Policy
Dynamic Paper is an Android app that changes lock and home wallpapers from places and rules you set. It can also show todos and lock-screen overlays. The app has no accounts or ads. We do not sell your data.
On your device
Wallpapers you choose, saved places, todos, overlay settings, and whether you have a paid plan are stored on your device.
Location. If you allow it, the app uses your location for the map and to change wallpapers when you enter or leave places you defined. Background location is optional and used only for those rules. A notification may appear while the app briefly watches nearby places so updates stay timely.
Camera. Optional. Used only on the device to scan a QR code.
Analytics
The app sends anonymous usage and crash data to PostHog so we can improve the app. This does not include photos, todo text, place names, QR contents, or precise coordinates.
Third parties
- Google — maps, place search, geofencing, and Play purchases. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- OpenStreetMap-related services — if Google Maps is unavailable, map tiles and place search may use OpenStreetMap, Nominatim, and Photon. Those requests can include your IP address, search text, and an approximate map area. See the OSMF Privacy Policy.
Payments are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details.
Data on the device stays until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall. If Android backup is on, it may include app data.
Children
Dynamic Paper is not directed at children under 13.
